The invention discloses a pile-wall integrated pile structure unit, which is used for supporting a foundation pit in underground space structure construction, and comprises a fender post and a soil retaining pile which are integrally poured, the horizontal section of the fender post is circular; the horizontal section of the soil retaining pile is semicircular, the circle center of the soil retaining pile and the circle center of the fender post are located on the same vertical straight line, and the bottom end of the soil retaining pile and the top end of the fender post are integrally poured together. Bolt sleeves which are horizontally arranged are pre-buried in the soil retaining piles, and the bolt sleeves are used for being connected with the soil retaining plates through bolts; the multiple bolt sleeves are evenly arranged up and down at intervals. The invention further discloses a slope excavation-free foundation pit supporting structure using the pile-wall integrated pile structure unit. The construction of a pile top retaining wall and a top beam through slope excavation is avoided, the construction occupied space is greatly saved, the constraint of surrounding ground road traffic, surrounding existing buildings and municipal pipelines during construction is minimized, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
