The invention discloses a truss type connecting bridge and a building. The connecting bridge comprises a truss, and the two ends, in the length direction, of the truss are rigidly connected with a floor building structure body; at least one functional floor is arranged in the vertical direction, the functional floors are arranged under the truss in the vertical direction, and the length direction of the functional floors is parallel to the length direction of the truss. Each group of hanging columns comprises a plurality of hanging columns which are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the truss, each hanging column extends in the vertical direction in the length direction, and the two groups of hanging columns are connected with the two ends of the truss in the width direction and the two ends of the functional floor in the width direction correspondingly; at least one building function space is defined by the truss, the at least one functional floor and the two sets of davits jointly, and the building function space is used for being communicated with at least one floor space of the floor building structure body. Adverse influences on the attractiveness of the outer facade of the connecting bridge, window opening ventilation of the outer facade, building indoor function arrangement, landscape appreciation and the like are avoided.
