The connecting cylinder is installed on the first reinforcing steel bar, the conical cylindrical groove of the guide block is used for guiding the second reinforcing steel bar, the second reinforcing steel bar is inserted into the connecting cylinder to be connected, the first reinforcing steel bar and the second reinforcing steel bar are connected by clamping the multiple first clamping blocks into the second reinforcing steel bar, and the connecting efficiency of the prefabricated soil column is improved; the straightening plates are connected with the multiple connecting cylinders correspondingly, the bending prevention effect on the multiple first steel bars is achieved, the first splicing plates and the second splicing plates are spliced and clamped and slide at the steel bar connecting positions to shield the steel bar connecting positions, the pouring effect on the steel bar connecting positions is achieved, the first splicing plates and the second splicing plates which are spliced are limited through third clamping blocks and limiting plates, and therefore the steel bar connecting positions can be formed. And the effect of pouring steel bar joints is improved.
