The mould pressing film-coated tile is of a double-layer wave-shaped structure and comprises a bottom layer and an upper layer, and the bottom layer is composed of plant fibers, thermosetting resin glue, paraffin, a preservative and a flame retardant; wherein the plant fiber accounts for 10 parts, the thermosetting resin adhesive accounts for 1-1.5 parts, the paraffin accounts for 0.7 part, the preservative accounts for 0.1 part, and the flame retardant accounts for 0.2 part; the beating degree of the plant fibers is 17-22 degrees SR, the wet weight is 6-8.5 g, and the ash content is 6%-10%; the upper layer is made of metal or nonmetal, and is formed by covering the bottom layer with the wave-shaped upper layer through mold closing and pressing; the overall thickness of the upper layer ranges from 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm. The problems of durability, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, heat insulation and weather resistance of a paint surface can be effectively solved.
