The invention discloses a building roof circular ventilation skylight. The building roof circular ventilation skylight comprises a supporting frame, three fan blade units and a plurality of ventilation blades. The supporting frame comprises a circular ring frame, a rotating shaft and three supporting rods; the circular ring frame is rotationally arranged at a roof ventilation opening of a building; the rotating shaft and the circular ring frame are coaxially arranged; the outer end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the circular ring frame, and the inner end is fixedly connected with the upper end of the rotating shaft; the fan blade units are arranged in the circumferential direction. Each fan blade unit comprises two side rods, a ridge rod, a plurality of wing rods and shielding cloth; the included angle between the two side rods is 120 degrees, and the ridge rod is located between the two side rods. The outer ends of the wing rods are hinged to the side rods, and the inner ends of the wing rods are hinged to the ridge rods. The shielding cloth covers the upper ends of the side rods, the ridge rods and the wing rods; an opening and closing motor is fixed at the upper end of the rotating shaft; a rotating ring is fixed to an output shaft of the opening and closing motor, one side rod is fixed to the upper end of the supporting rod, and the inner end of the other side rod is fixed to the outer wall of the rotating ring. The ventilation blades are fixed on the outer wall of the lower end of the rotating shaft.
