The ventilation and noise reduction aluminum alloy door and window comprises a door and window body, an exhaust noise reduction device arranged at the top of the door and window body and an air inlet noise reduction device arranged at the bottom of the door and window body. The exhaust noise reduction device comprises an exhaust channel communicating the indoor space with the outdoor space and a first heating set arranged in the exhaust channel. The air inlet noise reduction device comprises an air inlet channel communicating the indoor space with the outdoor space and a second heating set arranged in the air inlet channel. Air in the exhaust channel and air in the air inlet channel are heated through the first heating set and the second heating set correspondingly, a local low-pressure area is formed, and the air is exhausted and enters in in an accelerated mode according to the chimney exhaust principle and the air pressure difference; and meanwhile, noise entering a room is reduced through structural design and additional arrangement of noise reduction materials on the exhaust noise reduction device and the air inlet noise reduction device, so that a quiet and comfortable indoor space environment is created.
