A reamer bit comprises a drill pipe body, a male connector, a reamer bit hydraulic pipeline, an expansion oil cylinder, an expansion arm, a reamer bit guniting pipe, reamer blades, a triangular drill plate and a bottom tool bit. A reaming head guniting pipe, an expansion oil cylinder and a reaming head hydraulic pipeline are sequentially installed in an inner cavity of the drill pipe body from bottom to top. The chambering head oil pipe is fixedly mounted with the outer joint assembly and the oil distribution ring respectively; the core pipe outer joint assembly is connected and locked with a built-in hydraulic pipeline of an external drill rod; the chambering head guniting pipe penetrates through the expansion oil cylinder and the oil distribution ring, and an oil channel in the oil distribution ring is respectively communicated with an oil inlet channel and an oil outlet channel of the expansion oil cylinder; the oil distribution ring is provided with two oil ring inclined holes communicated with the chambering head guniting pipe; the triangular drilling plate is arranged at the bottom of the drilling pipe body; the device has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenience in mounting and dismounting and the like, ensures smooth slurry conveying and smooth hydraulic pipeline pumping, is suitable for drilling and reaming operation of clay layer geology, and is high in operation efficiency.
