The invention discloses a method for designing the mix proportion of high-quality machine-made sand concrete. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a continuous gradation design formula, designing grain gradation composition, calculating the water-binder ratio, calculating the water consumption and admixture consumption and calculating the cementing material consumption. The stone powder content in the machine-made sand is controlled by designing the grain composition of the machine-made sand through continuous grading, and the grain composition design method of the continuous machine-made sand is given by starting with the nominal maximum grain size control of the machine-made sand and optimizing the grain surrounding number in the continuous grading according to the cement use amount range of C30-C80 machine-made sand concrete.
