The invention discloses a method for plating a metal boride on the surface of diamond, and belongs to the technical field of diamond surface treatment.The method comprises the steps that the diamond plated with metal carbide, boron powder and boric acid are evenly mixed and heated to 900-1200 DEG C at the heating rate of 3-10 DEG C/min in the inert atmosphere or the vacuum environment, the constant temperature is kept for 5-120 min, and then the diamond plated with the metal boride is obtained; and plating a metal boride film on the surface of the diamond. According to the method, on the basis of pursuing low cost and low energy consumption, the metal boride coated diamond with better quality and higher conversion rate is obtained by adopting the method which is simpler and more convenient to operate, and the result shows that the metal boride coated diamond can effectively improve the interface bonding between the diamond and a metal matrix.
本发明公开了一种金属硼化物镀覆在金刚石表面的方法,属于金刚石表面处理技术领域,该方法是将镀金属碳化物的金刚石、硼粉和硼酸均匀混合,在惰性气氛或真空环境中,以3℃/min~10℃/min的升温速率加热至900℃~1200℃并恒温保持5min~120min,使金刚石表面镀覆金属硼化物膜。本方法旨在追求低成本、低能耗的基础上,采用操作更简便的方法,获得质量更优、转化率更高的金属硼化物镀层金刚石,结果表明金属硼化物镀层金刚石可以有效改善金刚石和金属基体的界面结合。
