Acidic aggregate asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an acidic aggregate asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof, and is mainly applied to the field of road engineering. The mixture comprises the following components: stone, asphalt, rock asphalt, an asphalt anti-stripping agent and a polylactic acid/polycaprolactone blend, and the asphalt-aggregate ratio is 4-7%. The stone material contains 90 to 97 weight percent of acidic aggregate and 3 to 10 weight percent of carbide slag. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding an asphalt anti-stripping agent and a polylactic acid/polycaprolactone blend into asphalt to prepare modified asphalt, then mixing acidic aggregate, rock asphalt and carbide slag, adding the prepared modified asphalt according to a set asphalt-aggregate ratio, and mixing to obtain the acidic aggregate asphalt mixture. According to the invention, the problems of water damage resistance and fatigue resistance of the acidic aggregate asphalt mixture are solved by adjusting the void ratio of the mixture, the thickness of an asphalt film, the cohesive force among asphalt and the adhesive force among asphalt aggregates.
本发明提供了一种酸性骨料沥青混合料及其制备方法,主要应用领域为道路工程。混合料包括如下组分:石料,沥青,岩沥青,沥青抗剥落剂,聚乳酸/聚己内酯共混物,油石比4‑7%。所述石料含有90‑97wt%的酸性骨料和3‑10wt%的电石渣。首先在沥青中添加沥青抗剥落剂与聚乳酸/聚己内酯共混物后制备改性沥青,然后将酸性骨料、岩沥青与电石渣拌合,按照设定的油石比添加制备的改性沥青拌合得到酸性骨料沥青混合料。本发明通过调整混合料的空隙率、沥青膜厚度、沥青间的粘结力、沥青集料间的粘附力,解决了酸性骨料沥青混合料的抗水损害能力和抗疲劳能力。
