The invention provides a geopolymer grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of road maintenance. The geopolymer grouting material provided by the invention is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 20 to 30 parts of fly ash, 25 to 35 parts of slag powder, 15 to 25 parts of iron tailings, 8 to 12 parts of carbide slag, 5.1 to 10.4 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 0.2 to 1.0 part of an active agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 0.2 to 0.5 part of an early strength agent. The geopolymer grouting material is prepared from industrial solid waste materials mainly comprising the fly ash, the slag powder, the iron tailings and the carbide slag, the road maintenance cost is reduced while the geopolymer grouting material is environmentally friendly, the defect of low early strength of the geopolymer grouting material is overcome under the combined action of the early strength agent, the water reducing agent and the active agent, and road diseases can be rapidly repaired.
