Ceramic matrix composite material based on ceramizable prepreg and rapid preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic-based composite material based on a ceramizable prepreg and a rapid preparation method thereof, and the technical main line is that the ceramic-based composite material is prepared by combining prepreg layering and molding with a precursor impregnation and cracking process or a melt siliconizing process. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a glue film for prepreg from mixed slurry of a liquid ceramic precursor and ceramic powder by adopting a dry process, and laminating the glue film with fiber cloth containing a pyrolytic carbon interface layer to prepare ceramizable prepreg; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic-based composite material green body from the prepreg in a layering manner, then re-densifying the green body by utilizing at most three times of a ceramic precursor cyclic dipping-curing-cracking or melt siliconizing process, and finally preparing the ceramic-based composite material meeting design requirements. The preparation process has the remarkable advantages of short period and low cost.
本发明提供了一种基于可陶瓷化预浸料陶瓷基复合材料及其快速制备方法,以预浸料铺层成型结合前驱体浸渍裂解工艺或熔融渗硅工艺协同制备陶瓷基复合材料为技术主线,采用干法工艺将液态陶瓷前驱体和陶瓷粉体的混合浆料制备成预浸料用胶膜,并与含有热解碳界面层的纤维布贴合制备出可陶瓷化预浸料;将预浸料采用铺层方式制备出陶瓷基复合材料坯体,然后利用至多三次陶瓷前驱体循环浸渍‑固化‑裂解或熔融渗硅工艺对上述坯体进行再致密,最终制备出满足设计要求的陶瓷基复合材料;该制备工艺具有周期短和成本低的显著优势。
