The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit vibration reduction, and discloses a vibration reduction and isolation structure for a subway station, which comprises a first reinforced concrete wall, a second reinforced concrete wall and a vibration isolation layer, the vibration isolation layer and the second reinforced concrete wall are sequentially arranged on the side, away from the subway tunnel, of the first reinforced concrete wall, and the bottom face of the second reinforced concrete wall downwards protrudes out of the bottom face of a track plate of the subway tunnel by at least two meters. According to the vibration reduction and isolation structure for the metro station, the first reinforced concrete wall, the vibration isolation layer and the second reinforced concrete wall are sequentially arranged on the side portion of the metro tunnel, the bottom face of the second reinforced concrete wall downwards protrudes out of the bottom face of the track plate of the metro tunnel by at least two meters, and therefore vibration waves are weakened by the vibration isolation layer when being transmitted; and then diffraction is needed from the bottom of the second reinforced concrete wall, so that a low-frequency vibration amplification area is farther, and the influence of rail transit vibration on nearby buildings is reduced.
