The bottom end of each gravity guide pipe is blocked by the rotary blocking assembly in the initial state, so that the gravity guide pipes can gradually descend to approach the pavement cushion layer by gravity in the process of being filled with the bubble mixed light soil, and then the rotary blocking assembly is opened, so that the bubble mixed light soil can directly flow to the pavement cushion layer without fall height; bubble compression elimination caused by impact and influence on volume weight are avoided.
