The invention discloses a steel tie rod anchoring system with two ends anchored and a tensioning method, and relates to the technical field of suspension bridge steel tie rod anchoring systems. The steel tie rod anchoring system comprises a tie rod, and at least one end of the tie rod is fixedly provided with an integrally-formed rod head; the two anchor plates are respectively arranged on the pull rods in a sleeving manner; the two ends of the embedded steel pipe abut against the two anchor plates, and spiral steel bars are further arranged on the outer side of the embedded steel pipe. The tensioning assembly is arranged on one anchor plate and used for adjusting the distance between the anchor plate and the connecting flat plate. One side of the gasket is matched with the rod head in shape, and the other side of the gasket abuts against the anchor plate or the connecting flat plate. The connecting flat plate is connected with the main rope through the length adjusting rod. According to the anchoring system, an original threaded connection structure is replaced by the end of the pull rod through the forging forming technology, corrosion and loosening hidden dangers of threaded connection are eliminated, and the two ends of the anchoring system are anchored to form a dead anchor structure; the requirement for prestress construction of an anchoring system is met, and the use safety of a bridge structure is further improved.
