The invention relates to a prestressed concrete bridge deck pavement construction method, and belongs to the technical field of highway bridges. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a prestressed concrete main beam is installed, and an anti-collision belt is made; 2, applying a prestressing load to the main beam; thirdly, tongue-and-groove joints/wet joints are made, and bridge deck pavement is conducted; fourthly, a tongue-and-groove joint/wet joint and bridge deck pavement concrete are cured; and fifthly, unloading is conducted, and prestress is formed. When the bridge deck pavement concrete is pre-stressed, the load applied to the main beam is scientifically and reasonably determined, the requirement for deformation of the bridge deck pavement concrete is met, and the pre-stress is sufficient in reserve but not redundant.
