Wherein the net-shaped air bag covers the outer portion of the plugging bag and is connected with the plugging bag, and the net-shaped air bag is provided with an inflation pipe used for inflating the inside of the net-shaped air bag; and a concrete filling pipe and an exhaust pipe are arranged on the plugging bag. The plugging device between the supporting piles is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and capable of rapidly and effectively plugging leaked soil between the supporting piles of a foundation pit and filling soil cavities between the supporting piles and behind the supporting piles, a formed concrete structure can be clamped between the two supporting piles, bears certain lateral soil pressure and serves as a part of a supporting pile structure, soil between the supporting piles is prevented from being further lost, and the service life of the supporting piles is prolonged. The foundation pit safety is ensured. The plugging construction method using the plugging device between the support piles is convenient and efficient to operate, good in plugging effect and high in plugging construction efficiency.
