After the upper sealing plate is sealed, a rigid water stop wing ring is arranged in the upper sealing plate, and fine aggregate concrete is poured to form multiple waterproof measures; the sealing piece is adopted for feeding and filling the well casing, the effect of underground water can be weakened to the maximum degree, and the problem that in the prior art, underground water flushes filler, and cement and fine materials return is solved.
