After the upper sealing plate is sealed, a rigid water stop wing ring is arranged in the upper sealing plate, and fine aggregate concrete is poured to form multiple waterproof measures; the sealing piece is adopted for feeding and filling the well casing, the effect of underground water can be weakened to the maximum degree, and the problem that in the prior art, underground water flushes filler, and cement and fine materials return is solved. The method is suitable for well sealing of the precipitation well under the complex conditions of rich underground water and large water pressure, the well sealing effect is fast, the workload is small, the period is short, the influence on the surrounding environment is avoided, the safety of an underground building structure is not influenced, operation is flexible and convenient, and the construction period and cost are saved.
