The invention discloses a pile foundation building settlement reinforcing and lifting method on a large-porosity backfill soil layer, and relates to the technical field of building settlement lifting, the pile foundation building settlement reinforcing and lifting method comprises the following steps: uniformly arranging grouting hole positions around an underground ring beam and a pile cap foundation of a to-be-lifted building, and drilling grouting holes; based on the grouting holes, grouting reinforcement treatment is conducted on a soil layer around a pile at the position above the pile end of a peripheral pile foundation of the building to be lifted; filling reinforcement and lifting treatment are conducted on the foundation below the pile ends; the soil layer around the pile at the pile body position of the peripheral pile foundation is reinforced based on the grouting holes; and filling and reinforcing the soil layer around the pile above the pile end and the soil layer around the pile below the pile end of the inner side pile foundation of the building to be lifted based on the grouting holes. The technical problem that in the prior art, when a large-porosity backfill soil layer is lifted, the strength requirement and the bottom layer bearing capacity requirement cannot be met after the large-porosity backfill soil layer is lifted is solved.
