The invention relates to the field of drainage engineering, and discloses a drainage channel desilting system which comprises a plurality of chain type sludge scrapers (2) which are sequentially arranged in the drainage direction of a drainage channel (1) and can push deposited sludge to the downstream of the drainage direction of the drainage channel (1). And the flushing mechanism is arranged to be capable of spraying flushing fluid towards the downstream of the drainage direction of the drainage channel (1) between two adjacent chain type mud scrapers (2). According to the dredging system for the drainage channel, through combined application of the multiple chain type mud scrapers and the flushing mechanism, deposited sludge in the drainage channel can be cleaned in a relay mode, automatic cleaning of the drainage channel which is long or provided with a bent section or a corner section can be achieved conveniently, and mud collecting tanks do not need to be arranged at the downstream positions corresponding to the chain type mud scrapers respectively.
