The noise reduction incremental air outlet device comprises an inner air pipe and an outer air pipe which are sleeved inside and outside, an inner cavity of the inner air pipe forms an inner air channel, a gap between the inner air pipe and the outer air pipe forms an outer air channel, and a plurality of annular fins which are sequentially distributed in the air outlet direction of the inner air pipe are arranged on the inner wall of the inner air pipe. Air guide grooves are formed in gaps between the annular fins and the inner air pipe, and a plurality of through holes communicated with the air guide grooves are formed in the peripheral pipe wall of the inner air pipe. The other end of the inner air duct is provided with a main air inlet, the other end of the outer air duct is provided with a secondary air inlet, the main air inlet is used for blowing in airflow generated by the fan, and the airflow generated by the fan flows along the inner air duct, and negative pressure is formed in the outer air duct, so that on the premise that the rotating speed of the fan is not increased, external environment air is converged into the inner air duct from the outer air duct through the through holes; therefore, the air outlet volume is increased.
