Spiral rotary excavating device and municipal sewage brick inspection well in-situ replacement method
The invention discloses an in-situ replacement method for a municipal sewage bricked inspection well. The problems that an existing bricked inspection well is tedious in replacement step and long in construction period are solved. The method comprises the following steps: S1, surveying and setting out; s2, cutting and plugging a bottom pipe; s3, the brick inspection well is broken and removed, and an original brick well is broken and removed through a spiral rotary excavating device; s4, sinking the concrete tube well; s5, bottom foundation treatment is conducted, specifically, a well bottom foundation needs to be treated after sinking of the open caisson is completed; S6, pipeline connection is conducted, specifically, a cut pipe is connected with an original pipe again through a casing pipe at the pipeline cutting position; s7, a launder is constructed, and the launder is cast in place through plain concrete or built through bricks; and S8, a well lid is installed, and after in-situ replacement of the inspection well is completed, a well ring and the well lid are constructed according to the original road surface elevation.
