The invention relates to the technical field of formwork hoisting, and provides an intelligent formwork hoisting device and method.The intelligent formwork hoisting device comprises a BIM modeling unit; ground control points; the plurality of first laser scanning sensors are distributed on the edge of the target site to form a two-dimensional laser grid; the plane coordinates of a plurality of intersection points of the laser grids are in one-to-one correspondence with the target coordinate positions of a plurality of mold shells of the target site; the plurality of second laser scanning sensors are arranged at the central points of the mold shells in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the formwork hoisting device is arranged above the target site and used for hoisting the formwork to the target site and adjusting the position of the formwork, so that the position of the second laser scanning sensor on the formwork coincides with the intersection of the laser grids where the target coordinate position of the formwork is located. According to the formwork lifting device, the formwork lifting precision is improved, labor is saved, and meanwhile the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved.
