The self-supporting formwork supporting structure comprises an I-shaped steel beam, first channel steel, second channel steel, a first supporting piece, a second supporting piece and a bearing piece. The multiple I-shaped steel beams are arranged in the first direction at intervals, a middle section is formed between every two adjacent I-shaped steel beams, and a cantilever section is formed on the side, away from the middle section, of one I-shaped steel beam. The first channel steel is arranged on the middle section, and the second channel steel is arranged on the cantilever section. The first supporting pieces are perpendicular to the first channel steel and the second channel steel and arranged on the first channel steel and the second channel steel at intervals in the first direction. The bearing pieces are rotatably arranged on the first supporting pieces respectively, and containing grooves are formed in the bearing pieces. The second supporting pieces extend in the first direction, and each second supporting piece is at least contained in two containing grooves. According to the self-supporting type formwork supporting structure, the structure can be simplified, and the supporting strength of the structure can be improved.
