The distance between the annular stirrups of the stirrup cage is equal to the arrangement distance between the stirrups in the column at the crossed node; the stirrup cage is connected to the outer side of a column stud at a cross joint in a sleeving mode, the stirrup cage is erected and fixed to a pouring formwork of a floor plate of the floor, and a clamping sleeve composed of a guide sleeve and a hoop clamp is arranged between a stirrup on the stirrup cage and the adjacent column stud.
