The invention relates to the technical field of building doors and windows, in particular to a high-waterproofness aluminum-wood door and window which comprises an outer frame and an upper frame mounted at the top of the outer frame, two limiting protruding blocks arranged inside and outside are mounted in the outer frame, and the surfaces of the two limiting protruding blocks are connected with an inner window and an outer window in a sliding and embedded mode respectively. Inner baffles located on the inner sides of the two limiting protruding blocks are installed in the outer frame, an electromagnetic strip is embedded in the inner wall of one side of the outer frame, magnetic sheets are arranged on the surfaces of the sides, close to the electromagnetic strip, of the inner window and the outer window correspondingly, and a drainage pipe penetrates through the bottom wall of a gap between the inner baffles and the inner window. The water-stop sheet is embedded in the gap between the inner baffle and the inner window, automatic closing of the outer window and the inner window can be achieved by means of the magnetic force between the inner baffle and the inner window, meanwhile, when the electromagnetic strip is started, the supporting point of the water-stop sheet is adjusted so that inclination operation of the water-stop sheet can be achieved, and rain accumulated in the gap where the water-stop sheet is located is prevented from permeating and transferring into a room; the waterproof effect of doors and windows is enhanced.
本发明涉及建筑门窗技术领域的一种高防水性铝木门窗,包括有外框架以及安装于外框架顶部的上框,外框架的内部安装有两个内外布置的限位凸块,两个限位凸块的表面分别滑动嵌合连接有内窗和外窗,外框架的内部安装有位于两个限位凸块内侧的内挡板,外框架的一侧内壁镶嵌安装有电磁条,内窗和外窗靠近电磁条的一侧表面均布置有磁片,内挡板和内窗之间空隙的底壁贯穿安装有排水管,内挡板和内窗之间的空隙中嵌合放置有隔水板,能够借助两者间的磁力作用实现外窗和内窗的自主关闭,同时在电磁条启动时,调整隔水板的支撑点以此实现隔水板的倾斜操作,将隔水板所在空隙中积攒的雨避免雨水渗透转移至室内,加强门窗的防水效果。
