The electrical control connecting wire penetrates through the fixing frame and extends out of the fixing frame; the electrochromic film comprises an outer-layer composite film, a liquid crystal mixture and glue, and the outer-layer composite film is filled with the liquid crystal mixture and the glue; the first layer of transparent material is connected with the electrochromic film through an adhesive layer; the second layer of transparent material is connected with the electrochromic film through an adhesive layer; the adhesive layer is a transparent adhesive body; the device is convenient to use, and the transparency of the door and window can be controlled through an external power supply of an electrical control wire.
