Road integrity detection system based on unmanned aerial vehicle
The invention provides a road integrity detection system and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The system comprises a data acquisition subsystem, a data transmission subsystem, an image processing subsystem and a data analysis subsystem, the data acquisition subsystem takes a picture of a road surface in the air through a digital photographing device by taking an unmanned aerial vehicle as a platform; the data transmission subsystem uploads the set data to the unmanned aerial vehicle after finishing the planning of an inspection path and the setting of the flight height and the speed by the ground control station; the image processing subsystem preprocesses the acquired image, cuts the image according to a specified size, and transmits the cut image data containing cracks to the data analysis subsystem; and the data analysis subsystem carries out training and model optimization on the image data containing the cracks through a convolutional neural network, calculates length, width and density indexes of the cracks, and realizes identification of road collapse risk levels. According to the invention, pavement integrity detection can be carried out, and pavement collapse, cavities and other diseases can be identified.
