The invention discloses a repeatedly recoverable and renewable photovoltaic building integrated board, which comprises a recoverable and renewable back board, a photovoltaic cell layer and a packaging surface layer, and is characterized in that the photovoltaic cell layer is fixed on the back board through a first adhesive layer; the packaging surface layer is fixed on the photovoltaic cell layer through a second adhesive layer or is directly coated and cured on the photovoltaic cell layer by using packaging surface layer slurry; the back plate is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of active inorganic powder, 20 to 40 percent of non-active inorganic powder, 5 to 12 percent of plant starch, 5 to 15 percent of plant fiber, 7 to 16 percent of acrylic emulsion and 5 to 20 percent of water. The repeatedly recoverable and renewable photovoltaic building integrated board has the advantages of being good in weather resistance, long in life cycle, capable of being recovered and regenerated after the life cycle and free of pollution to the environment.
