The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of FRP reinforcing meshes for reinforcing concrete products, bricks and stone masonries. The technical achievement achieved by the invention is that the automation degree of the production process is improved, and the technical obstacle of replacing materials when the FRP net transverse bars are manufactured is eliminated. The non-metal FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) reinforcing mesh manufacturing process production line comprises a roving frame with a roving spool, a dipping and pressing device, an FRP mesh forming and weaving device, a polymerization chamber, a water cooling device, an FRP mesh traction device and a cutting device which are sequentially installed, a return stroke wheel is further arranged behind the water cooling device, the return stroke wheel is installed on a frame, and the cutting device is installed on the frame. The roving conveying device can receive one to six strands of roving for producing transverse bars of the FRP net, moves in parallel with roving for producing longitudinal bars, and is used for conveying the roving of the transverse bars to the direction opposite to the moving direction of produced grids; the device further comprises a separator which can divide roving beams produced by transverse ribs into independent roving beams and send the roving beams to an FRP grid forming and weaving device provided with a cutting device. The device further comprises an independent periodic contour forming device which is used for manufacturing the FRP grid transverse bars.
