The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 100 to 130 parts of high-strength flame-retardant polystyrene, 60 to 80 parts of water, 50 to 70 parts of unsaturated binary acid, 40 to 60 parts of fibrous magnesium-rich clay mineral, 30 to 60 parts of ceramic cement, 30 to 60 parts of toughness reinforcer, 25 to 40 parts of dihydric alcohol, 20 to 40 parts of inorganic anti-aging polymer emulsion and 20 to 35 parts of color paste in proportion. The fireproof performance of the decorative plate is effectively enhanced by arranging the high-strength flame-retardant polystyrene, the ceramic cement and the inorganic anti-aging polymer emulsion, and the overall toughness and strength of the decorative plate are greatly enhanced by arranging the toughness reinforcer, the alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth, the rock wool filaments and the cement plate; and the alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth is regularly cut in batches through the cutting device, so that the alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth can be better attached.
