The invention discloses a preparation method of expansive cement waterproof concrete, and belongs to the technical field of waterproof concretes.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, materials are selected and comprise water, concrete, sand, coal ash, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent, a waterproof agent, daub and natural asphalt; and S2, the materials are fused, specifically, the concrete and the sand are poured into a stirring machine to be stirred, then water is slowly added, and the multiple materials are mixed together through stirring. According to the expansive cement waterproof concrete disclosed by the invention, the natural asphalt is added as a raw material, so that the prepared expansive cement waterproof concrete has good cohesiveness, plasticity, water resistance, corrosion resistance and durability, the concrete is easier to shape during injection molding after being put into use, and the service life of the concrete is greatly prolonged; and the two materials improve the adhesion of the concrete, improve the toughness of molecules in the concrete, greatly reduce the probability of cracking after the concrete is dried, and well improve the waterproof effect of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种膨胀水泥防水混凝土的制备方法，属于防水混凝土技术领域，S1、选取材料，各原材料包括水、混凝土、沙子、煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂、防水剂、胶泥和天然沥青；S2、融合材料，将混凝土、沙子倒入搅拌机内进行搅拌，随后缓慢添加水，通过搅拌使多种材料混合在一起。本发明中，通过添加天然沥青做为原材料，使得制备好的膨胀水泥防水混凝土具有良好的粘结性、塑性、抗水性、防腐性和耐久性，使得混凝土投入使用后在注塑时更易被塑形，大大提高了混凝土的使用年限，且两种材料都提高了混凝土的粘接性，提高了混凝土内部分子的韧性，极大的降低了混凝土干化后开裂情况发生的概率，很好的提高了混凝土的防水效果。
