The invention relates to aeolian sand concrete and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of concrete.The aeolian sand concrete is prepared from, by weight, 283 parts of cement, 71 parts of coal ash, 71-214 parts of aeolian sand, 499-642 parts of natural sand, 1163 parts of gravel, 3.54 parts of water reducing agent and 170 parts of underground water, and the aeolian sand accounts for 10%-30% of the total of the aeolian sand and the natural sand. The grain composition of the fine aggregate is improved by reasonably matching the proportion of the aeolian sand and the natural sand, so that the flowability and compressive strength of the concrete are good, the problem that high-performance concrete is difficult to prepare in regions deficient in the natural sand is solved, and meanwhile, the production cost of the concrete is reduced; and the method also plays a positive role in sustainable development of mineral resources and desert control.
