The lightweight ultra-high performance concrete provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 600 to 700 parts of cement, 195 to 225 parts of superfine fly ash, 150 to 170 parts of silica fume, 700 to 800 parts of lightweight internal curing sand, 150 to 175 parts of steel fiber, 190 to 210 parts of water and 17 to 22 parts of a water reducing agent. By selecting the raw materials and adjusting the ratio of the raw materials, the compressive strength of the prepared lightweight ultra-high performance concrete is higher than 120 MPa, and the strength requirement of the ultra-high performance concrete can be met; and the apparent density is less than 2000kg/m < 3 >, and is reduced by 20% or more compared with the apparent density of common ultra-high performance concrete.
