Preferably, the mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 28 to 37 parts of mortar, 6 to 9 parts of po42.5 cement, 8 to 12 parts of sulphoaluminate cement hydrochloride, 3.4 to 4.5 parts of latex powder, 3 to 5 parts of medium sand, 2.4 to 2.9 parts of water reducing agent, 2.2 to 2.8 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate, 4.3 to 6.2 parts of fly ash, 3.2 to 4.4 parts of silica fume, 1.3 to 1.8 parts of defoaming agent, 1.6 to 2.3 parts of cement-based retarder, 3 to 4 parts of gypsum, 1 to 2 parts of calcium chloride and 0.8 to 1.6 parts of alum. The prepared repairing material has high freeze-thaw resistance and wear resistance, the durability of the cement pavement is remarkably improved, the service life is prolonged, and the repairing frequency and cost are reduced.
