The invention relates to a preparation method of cemented filling slurry. The cemented filling slurry is mainly formed by mixing blast furnace slag, slag stone filter pressing mud cakes, cement clinker, water glass and water. The cement comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of blast furnace slag, 10-15% of filter pressing mud cake, 5-10% of cement clinker, 1-3% of water glass and the balance of water. During preparation, the blast furnace slag and the slag stone filter-pressing mud cake are ground and then mixed with the cement clinker, then the water glass, the additive and the water are added, and the cementing filling slurry is formed after full stirring. According to the preparation method, the filter-press mud cake without utilization value is used as a secondary filler, so that the problems that the mud cake stacked on the ground surface cannot be treated and the environment is affected are solved; and the blast furnace slag without utilization value is used as a main filler, so that the problem that smelting enterprises cannot treat the blast furnace slag is solved. According to the preparation method, the use amount of cement is reduced, and the filling cost is reduced.
