Wherein the sum of the coal ash, the talcum powder and the alpha-Al2O3 is 100 parts, and the ratio of the alpha-Al2O3 to the MgO is 4.2-7.5. According to the mullite and cordierite complex phase structure prepared by the invention, the fly ash does not need to be purified and activated, and a high-temperature product is higher in density and lower in heat conductivity coefficient; after rare earth is added for modification, generation of a complex phase can be promoted, the product performance is optimized, the calcination temperature under the same performance is reduced, the volume density of the product is increased, and the porosity and the heat conductivity coefficient are reduced.
