The invention discloses ceramic metallization slurry which comprises the following components: nickel powder, a sintering aid and a binder solution, wherein the mass ratio of the nickel powder to the binder solution is (1-3): 1; the mass ratio of the nickel powder to the sintering aid is (80-98): 1; the sintering aid comprises copper metal powder and manganese metal powder, or comprises copper-manganese alloy powder; when the particle size d of the nickel powder is more than or equal to 1 mu m and less than or equal to 5 mu m, the sintering aid further comprises nickel nano powder, and the particle size of the nickel nano powder is 1t; the mass percentage content of each metal element is as follows: 4.5% < = Mnlt; 68%; 28.8 < = Cult; 95%; 0 lt; ni < = 10%; when the particle size of the nickel powder is dlt; the mass percentage of each metal element in the sintering aid is as follows: Mn is more than or equal to 5% and less than or equal to 68%; 32% < = Cu < = 95%.
