The invention discloses a pre-stressed anchorage device for highway bridge construction, which comprises a fixed anchor plate, a plurality of steel stranded wires are inserted in the fixed anchor plate, a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the edge of the fixed anchor plate, a threaded sleeve is arranged on one side of the fixed anchor plate, an annular disc is arranged on the other side of the fixed anchor plate, and the threaded sleeve is sleeved with the annular disc. A plurality of clamping plates are arranged at the end, away from the fixed anchor plate, of the threaded sleeve, the surfaces of the clamping plates are sleeved with spiral bars, one ends of the spiral bars are fixedly connected with the threaded sleeve, and the steel stranded wires penetrate through the space between the threaded sleeve and the clamping plates; a plurality of bayonets are formed in the edge of the annular disc. The directions of pressure on the two sides of the steel stranded wire are opposite, pressure is applied to the steel stranded wire from the side edge, the steel stranded wire can be correspondingly and transversely twisted and deformed, the twisted and deformed steel stranded wire can be better fixedly connected with the fixed anchor plate, and therefore the stability of the whole structure of the steel stranded wire is effectively guaranteed.
