The method has the advantages that the steel wire rope and the steel wire rope pay-off device are adopted to replace a suspender, nut and double-nut anchoring structure, the height of the inner and outer sliding beams is adjusted more conveniently, the inner and outer formworks can be replaced quickly, and the cross section of the box girder can be changed.
