The first upper-layer cabin and the second upper-layer cabin are symmetrically arranged at intervals along the center line of a ship, the linear arched beam guide rail pair is arranged between the first upper-layer cabin and the second upper-layer cabin, the pile frame inverted bearing table is installed at the rear end of the linear arched beam guide rail pair, and the lifting table assembly is slidably connected with the linear arched beam guide rail pair. The pile frame assemblies are arranged on one side of the front end of the linear arched beam guide rail pair at intervals and hinged to an upper deck of the ship body, and the oil cylinder assemblies are arranged between the linear arched beam guide rail pair and the pile frame assemblies and connected with the lower portions of the pile frame assemblies.
