The reinforcing method is simple in process, easy to implement, short in period, quick in effect taking and reliable in reinforcing effect, the problem of settlement of the outdoor elevator foundation added later can be effectively solved, and the use function and safety guarantee of the recovered outdoor elevator can be effectively ensured.
