The invention provides a pipe towing vehicle and a suction rescue unit. The towed tube vehicle comprises a charging interface configured to be electrically connected with a power supply outside the towed tube vehicle to obtain electric energy; the power battery is selectively and electrically connected with the charging interface; the motor pump set is configured to provide hydraulic power, and the motor pump set is selectively and electrically connected with the charging interface and the power battery; and the power supply control unit is in communication connection with the charging interface and the power battery and is configured to enable the charging interface to supply power to the motor pump set when the charging interface is in a power-on state, and whether the charging interface charges the power battery or not is determined according to the electric quantity of the power battery. The suction rescue unit comprises a pipe dragging vehicle; the skip car is configured to collect the materials sucked by the pipe dragging car; the power vehicle is configured to provide suction power for the pipe dragging vehicle; and the power generation system is detachably connected with the charging interface through a cable. According to the pipe dragging vehicle and the suction rescue unit, the rescue efficiency can be improved.
