The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a fabricated prefabricated building which is composed of at least two first prefabricated room modules. The first prefabricated room module comprises walls and a top plate, the number of the walls is multiple, and the walls and the top plate are connected through superposed beams; a post-pouring area is reserved at the bottom of the wall body, and a lap joint area is reserved at the top of the wall body; and the two connected prefabricated room modules between the upper floor and the lower floor of the prefabricated building are fixedly connected by pouring a grouting material into a post-pouring area at the bottom of a floor wall body. According to the two forms of prefabricated buildings provided by the invention, the connected rooms of the upper floor and the lower floor are longitudinally connected in a manner of reserving a post-pouring area, so that the use amount of sleeves during vertical steel bar connection is reduced; house modules and components needing to be formed are assembled in a factory through prefabrication, the assembling process is fast in the construction site, heavy machinery is used for hoisting the structure, a large amount of labor force and time are saved, and the comprehensive cost is reduced.
