The method is characterized in that the angle of the photovoltaic module and the direct solar radiation can be changed through the stroke-adjustable hydraulic telescopic rod, and the power generation efficiency is greatly improved. And a manual operation function is reserved, so that the use reliability of equipment is improved. Meanwhile, by means of the design of the inner-layer steel frame structure and the outer-layer steel frame structure, a good building waterproof effect is achieved. Through the linkage of the intelligent meteorological instrument and the motor controller, the intelligent sensing of the photovoltaic module to the climate is realized. The risk that the photovoltaic module is eroded by rainwater is reduced, and meanwhile, the inner and outer double-layer steel frame structure also effectively prevents the occurrence of water leakage of the building.
