The expansion-type sleeve is provided with an inner wall and an outer wall having a length and an outer diameter corresponding to the depth and the diameter of a mounting hole perforated in a concrete structure, a concave-convex block is formed on the inner wall in the longitudinal direction of the foundation bolt, the foundation bolt is enclosed, and the expansion-type sleeve is expanded toward the concrete structure side by a pressing head of the foundation bolt. And through external force or tightening of a nut, the fixing device goes deep into the side surface of the mounting hole and is fixed.
