The invention provides a powdery alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building material admixtures. The powdery alkali-free accelerator comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 90-140 parts of modified aluminum ash, 10-15 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-3 parts of organic acid, 4-12 parts of ammonium fluoroaluminate, 40-55 parts of a modified silicon dioxide/magnesium fluosilicate composite material and 4-8 parts of urea. The industrial aluminum ash is used as a raw material of the accelerator to realize resource utilization, aluminum ions in the aluminum ash are complexed to form a stable complex by modifying the aluminum ash and adding the modified silicon dioxide/magnesium fluosilicate composite material, the stability of effective accelerating components is improved, and the strength and later durability in concrete are improved; a physical grinding process is adopted, the method is simple, and the cost is low; and the prepared powdery alkali-free accelerator is short in setting time, good in storage stability, low in transportation cost and high in economic benefit.
本发明提供一种粉状无碱速凝剂及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料外加剂技术领域。一种粉状无碱速凝剂,包括以下质量份的原料:90‑140份改性铝灰、10‑15份硫酸镁、1‑3份有机酸、4‑12份氟铝酸铵、40‑55份改性二氧化硅/氟硅酸镁复合材料、4‑8份尿素。本发明利用工业铝灰作为速凝剂原料实现资源化利用,通过对铝灰进行改性以及添加改性二氧化硅/氟硅酸镁复合材料,使得铝灰中的铝离子络合后形成稳定的络合物,提高有效促凝成分的稳定性,并且在混凝土中提高强度与后期耐久性;本发明采用物理粉磨工艺,方法简单,成本低;并且制备得到的粉状无碱速凝剂凝结时间短、储存稳定性好、运输成本低、经济效益高。
