Impact-corrosion-resistant shaped refractory material
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, and discloses an impact-corrosion-resistant shaped refractory material. The shaped refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 30 parts of kaolin, 10 to 15 parts of silica sand, 8 to 12 parts of aluminum oxide, 9 to 14 parts of chromium oxide, 8 to 10 parts of glass powder, 12 to 14 parts of graphite, 50 to 60 parts of water, 6 to 8 parts of corundum, 4 to 5 parts of fused mullite, 8 to 9 parts of silicon dioxide powder and 10 to 15 parts of inorganic compound. The silicon dioxide powder can be used for filling pores in the refractory material, so that the sintering performance of the brick body is improved, and the density and the strength of the brick body are improved; by adding silica sand and aluminum oxide, the refractory material has excellent high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and the like, and graphite can be used for reducing friction force among the raw materials, so that the density and strength of the refractory material are improved.
