The tunnel and bridge combined structure comprises a tunnel pile foundation, a tunnel box body arranged at the top of the tunnel pile foundation, an upturning beam connected to the top of the tunnel box body, a supporting rib plate connected with the top of the tunnel box body and the upturning beam, and a bridge abutment arranged at the top of the supporting rib plate. The bridge span structure is lapped between the adjacent bridge abutments; the pavement structure is paved at the top of the bridge span structure; wherein a tunnel channel is formed in the tunnel box body, and the pavement structure is used for allowing vehicles to pass through. The tunnel and bridge combined structure is simple in structural form, reasonable in force transmission path and safe and reliable in structure; tunnel building boundaries are not occupied, the bridge span is reduced, and the construction difficulty and the construction cost are reduced.
