Concrete prefabricated pavement and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement construction, in particular to a concrete prefabricated pavement and an installation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that the initial advancing speed of a pavement installation vehicle and the initial conveying speeds of a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt and a third conveying belt are determined; the conveying state of the first concrete prefabricated pavement is judged, and the advancing speed of a pavement mounting vehicle, the conveying speed of a first conveying belt, the conveying speed and a second included angle of a second conveying belt and the conveying speed and a third included angle of a third conveying belt are adjusted at a time; judging whether the laid first concrete prefabricated pavement is qualified or not, and secondarily adjusting the conveying speed of a first conveying belt, the conveying speed and a second included angle of a second conveying belt and the conveying speed and a third included angle of a third conveying belt according to the laying proportion; and calculating the width of the laying gap and determining the pouring amount of the gap filling concrete. Through fine adjustment of pavement installation, automatic correction in the pavement installation process is achieved, and the precision of prefabricated pavement installation is improved.
